Este mail nos envió el propietario el 26/10/18 explicando como proceder en el caso de una propuesta de compra:
Dado el concurso preventivo en que me encuentro, no tengo la libre disponibilidad de mis bienes, en consecuencia, el procedimiento es el siguiente:
1) Se hace boleto de compra venta, ad referéndum de la aprobación del juez a cargo del concurso, en el cual intervienen 3 partes, comprador, vendedor y escribano (el que para tranquilidad del comprador, aceptó que lo designe el).-
2) El importe de la seña queda depositado en el escribano, y puede ser, para no inmovilizar efectivo, un cheque de pago diferido.-
3) El boleto establece un plazo, entre 30 y 45 días, para que el vendedor gestione la autorización en el juzgado.- Si en dicho lapso de tiempo el vendedor presenta la aprobración del juzgado,
el escribano hace entrega de la seña al vendedor y el boleto queda firme con las cláusulas habituales, en caso de negativa del juzgado el escribano devuelve la seña al comprador, y el boleto queda nulo y sin efecto alguno.-
